These Terms and Conditions govern the use of RetroBet Casino, operated by Hollycorn N.V. / Stable Tech N.V. under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (OGL/2023/176/0095). By creating an account you accept these terms in full. Read before your first deposit.

1. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 19 years in most Canadian provinces; 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
• One account per person, household and IP address.

2. KYC Verification

• Mandatory before first withdrawal. Three KYC levels based on withdrawal volume.
• Canadian passport, driver's licence or PR card, proof of address (max 3 months), payment method verification.
• Submit immediately after registration – standard 24–48 hour review avoidable with pre-verification.

3. Deposits

• CAD as account currency – selected at registration, cannot be changed.
• Bonus codes must be entered before confirming each deposit.

4. Bonuses – KEY RULES

• Welcome wagering: 40× the bonus amount (verify if 35× applies) within 7 days per stage.
• No deposit FS (FS50RETRO): 50× on winnings.
• High Roller cashback (HIGHROLL): 0× wagering – credited day 8.
• Early withdrawal before completing wagering: entire bonus and winnings forfeited.
• Card withdrawals not available for Canadian players.

5. Withdrawals

• Minimum: CA$30.
• Standard weekly cap: CA$4,500 (drops to CA$1,000 if weekly wagering < CA$5,000).
• VIP weekly: CA$7,500. VIP monthly: CA$30,000.
• Primary methods: Interac (up to 3 business days) and crypto (same-day to 24 hours).

6. Dispute Resolution

Curaçao Gaming Authority as regulatory authority. Casino Guru ADR as independent mediation. AGCO cannot intervene for non-iGO registered operators. Document all support communications.
